Upon full payment of all fees, rights in bespoke deliverables generally transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Professional Services — General Terms
Proposals and Agreements
All professional engagements begin with a written proposal or Service Agreement outlining scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline. Work commences only upon written acceptance and receipt of any required deposit.
Fees and Payment
- Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue
- A deposit of 30–50% of the total fee is required before work begins
- Late payment may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials
- Ensure that materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Designate a primary point of contact for the engagement
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs may affect agreed timelines and may be subject to additional fees.
Revisions and Changes
The number of revision rounds included in any engagement is specified in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may be subject to additional fees, agreed in writing in advance.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is billable at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable where work has already commenced. If I am unable to complete agreed work due to circumstances within my control, I will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered.
Limitation of Liability
I provide services on a professional best-efforts basis. I do not guarantee specific outcomes such as particular search engine rankings, advertising returns, or revenue increases, as these depend on many factors outside my control.
My total liability for any claim arising from a professional engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the provision of services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Greek and EU law.
Third-Party Platforms and Tools
In delivering services, I may use or recommend third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, or Mailchimp. I am not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of such services, which are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
I treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. Clients are similarly requested to treat any proprietary methodologies or materials shared by me as confidential.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of this website or my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
